Presentation of the Tourism Potential of Tajikistan

On 29 January 2025, the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan hosted an evening event focused on exploring the country's tourism potential. During the event, Ambassador of Tajikistan in Germany Imomudin Sattorov highlighted the key measures undertaken by the Government of Tajikistan to advance the tourism sector. He provided guests with an overview of the country's tourism offerings and highlighted the development of the tourism sector and the rich tourism opportunities, ancient history and culture of the Tajik people.

Furthermore, German expert on Central Asian countries Christian Grosse, who visited Tajikistan with the support of the Embassy and the Tourism Development Committee and participated in the International Festival of Nowruz in March 2024, shared positive impressions of his trip to the country with guests.

Imomudin Sattorov provided responses to the questions posed by the participants during the interactive session. The questions addressed various aspects of Tajikistan's tourism sector, including facilitated travel opportunities to the country.
