Working Visit to the Free State of Saxony

On 22 January 2025, the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Germany, Imomudin Sattorov, conducted a working visit to the Free State of Saxony.

Within the framework of this visit, the Ambassador of Tajikistan was received by the Prime Minister of Saxony, Michael Kretschmer.

During the meeting, matters of expanding bilateral cooperation in the fields of investment, economy and trade were comprehensively discussed.

In addition, Imomudin Sattorov met with the President of the Parliament of the Free State of Saxony, Mr Alexander Dirks, and exchanged views on strengthening and expanding inter-parliamentary relations.

In a subsequent meeting with the First Deputy Mayor of Dresden, Commissioner for Education, Youth and Sport, Mr Jan Donhauser, possible ways of developing cooperation in the fields of culture, education and tourism were explored.
